Located within the Historic Brush Park neighborhood, this lot was part of the City of Detroit sponsored development consisting of 8.4-acres of city owned land. Originally envisioned for a duplex type building, the program was switched to townhomes based on the successful projects previously completed in the same neighborhood for the same Detroit program.
These townhomes were tasked with creating a harmonious balance between the existing historical homes and the new residences.
