This project is part of the City of Chicago’s new Invest SOUTHWEST Program investing in new developments in south and west neighborhoods of Chicago. After having been short-listed for the selection, the Brooks + Scarpa / Studio Dwell Architects design was selected as the winner of the competition.
Located in the East Garfield Park neighborhood in Chicago, this project will serve as an incubator for future development in the area.
